HSA SHIPPING POLICY
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and dimensions of your products, and the shipping address.
Flat rate shipping for our rescue boards within the continental United States – $175 per board
Shipping rates for our rescue boards to Alaska, Hawaii and the rest of the world is complicated but we are happy to help you out. If you are shipping outside of the continental United States, please give us a call at (808) 638-5952 or send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org. All in-stock orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. Our scheduled pick-up days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays via FedEx. In the event an item is not in stock, shipping may be delayed 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the item. We recommend contacting us by phone to get an accurate shipping day. Also please be aware that our Rescue Boards are quality items that are manufactured as we receive each order, so

Customs, Tariffs, and VAT
Duty, customs, tariffs and VAT are determined by each country and based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing, the total value of the items purchased, and the classification of the merchandise. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country. Please contact your local postal or customs agent/office in order to obtain specific amounts, as YOU, the customer, is responsible for all of these charges.
We provide a tracking number with all orders shipped using FedEx, and most international and Alaska orders, if the carrier is able to provide one.
If an item goes on backorder we will hold the entire order until the backordered parts arrive at our facility. If you need to have some of the items you ordered delivered faster, please contact us to make arrangements. Additional shipping charges may apply.
